The Dark Knight - IGT vs Microgaming

Before Microgaming released their online version of the Dark Knight slot, IGT had a DC licence which they used to create a land-based version. Unfortunately, both Dark Knight slots bear the same name which is undoubtedly going to lead to some confusion down the line unless one of them adds the "Batman" tag!

Suffice to say, I think it is highly unlikely that IGT's Dark Knight will ever see the light of day (!) in online casinos while Microgaming have the licence and vice versa. That said, there are two online versions of various Marvel slots (Hulk, Fantastic 4 etc) courtesy of two seperate licences so who knows what the future holds.

The big difference between the two games however is that IGT's version is a multiplayer game where 3 or 4 people sit in front of seperate screens and with a big 103" screen raised above their heads.

IGT's game contains a number of different features, stacked symbols and plenty of movie footage played ut from the comfort of a nice leather seat with surround-sound in what they probably describe in the blurb as an "immersive experience"! You can choose to play as Batman or The Joker with different sets of reels too!
